OUTSOURCING – OFF SITE

We are provided with source documentation such as bank statements on a weekly or monthly basis, we then capture and process all information and provide management accounts on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the client's needs.

This system is well-suited to professionals; engineers, doctors, consultants as well as small enterprises who may not have the need or the resources for an on-site bookkeeper. We calculate and submit monthly accounts and payments, ensure compliance and the on-time payment of VAT and any other monthly or periodic obligations.

OUTSOURCING – ON SITE

We provide clients with on-site bookkeepers. The account manager liaises with the bookkeeper as often as is necessary and support is available on-site. Management Accounts and any additional reporting information that may be required is compiled by the account manager and handed over to the client as frequently as requested. Basically: Unlimited access to any financial information.

This solution assists those clients who do not have the time or the know-how to manage financial staff. Here's the best part though… we like to save our clients' money, so the client only pays for the time that the bookkeeper actually works. Business Crew is also responsible for providing replacement staff at short notice, ensuring that the client's business continues functioning seamlessly in the event of a staff member being ill or on leave.

REMOTE MANAGEMENT

After assessing the client's existing accounting function, we, together with management, formulate a new administrative model that will deliver the required objectives. We then assist with implementing systems and training existing or new staff on-site. Depending on management's requirements, account managers will visit the client and do periodic checks and assessments to ensure that the accounting staff is functioning as intended; we believe it just wouldn't be right if we didn't follow up and follow through! Reporting is customised and provided to management as frequently as required. That's right! You want it, you get it!

AUDIT PREPARATION

This service is included for all clients making use of any of the above.

By ensuring that the accounting system functions effectively and that monthly reports are accurately compiled, it's a definite that the closing-off and finalisation of any given year's “books” is nothing but a pleasure! We are able to hand over a concise and accurate set of information for audit. This in turn, can result in savings of up to 70% in audit fees! A bit like Christmas and your birthday all in one!

We're also able to provide this service to clients who don't usually make use of our range of expertise. Due to the fact that this would require a great deal of ‘catching up' work, a careful assessment of the client's requirements are made, after which we will provide a quotation based on the volume of work or a time estimate.

DISASTER RECOVERY & BACKLOG ERRADICATION

We are able to assist clients who have for various reasons lost data or need to eradicate a backlog. As in the examples above, the solution we offer is based purely on the client's needs and the work will be done as speedily and efficiently as possible. We believe there's no point in doing it any other way! Costing, in cases such as these, is usually done on a time basis in consultation with the client.
